Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us in at least 24 hours at (909) 906-0490. You will be charged a cancellation fee of $50.00 if the cancellation is within 24 hours of the previously booked appointment. 1. Term This Agreement will commence on the date signed and will continue until services described herein are completed, unless terminated earlier per Section 4. 2. Client Responsibilities Client agrees to provide accurate information, meet deadlines, and actively participate in the process. Consultant is not responsible for missed opportunities due to client delays. The client understands that working with Delight Design Firm does not guarantee admission, nor admission into preferred or ideal programs and universities. Delight Design Firm offers guidance, advising, eligibility understanding and will not obtain any bribes from client or universities. 3. Confidentiality Consultant agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all personal and academic information provided by the Client and to use such information solely for the purpose of providing consulting services. 4. Termination Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client will pay for services rendered up to the termination date. No refunds will be issued for services that have begun.
